A&T students took bold, non-violent steps against segregation and sat down at a whites-only Woolworth’s lunch Counter in Greensboro, North Carolina, sparking a national movement. On Monday, Feb. 1, 2021, at noon, the university will commemorate their courageous acts through a virtual tribute: “It’s About Us.”
