EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (Sept. 9, 2026) – Thousands of Aggies will have the chance to take their next big career step when North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University hosts its 2026 Fall Career Fair on Wednesday, Sept. 16, from noon to 5 p.m. at First Horizon Coliseum.
The N.C. A&T Office of Career Services (OCS) is dubbing this year’s event the “Greatest Career Fair Ever” as the university prepares to connect more than 15,500 students with hundreds of employers and recruiters seeking Aggie talent for internships, cooperative education experiences, full-time jobs and other career-building opportunities.
In its 52nd year, A&T’s fall career fair remains the largest in the University of North Carolina System, with more than 400 employers set to attend this year.
This premier event offers a valuable opportunity for Aggies to connect with recruiters offering full-time positions, paid internships, cooperative education roles and even next-day interviews.
The OCS supports students before the career fair with events for affordable business attire in partnership with JCPenney, résumé drives and mock interviews, among others.
The career fair is open to all students and alumni across all majors and classifications. Participants are strongly encouraged to dress in business professional attire to make a strong impression.
Transportation is provided for students departing from campus, and on-site parking is free.
Additionally, a virtual career fair on Handshake will take place Wednesday, Sept. 30. A&T students and alumni can register and review details for both events on Handshake.
