Aggie Academy Advisory Board to Hold Meeting Dec. 3

EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (Dec. 2, 2025) — North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University alumna Precious Bradley has been named to the Triad Business Journal’s 2026 class of 40 Under 40 honorees.
The annual list recognizes outstanding young professionals across the region who demonstrate exceptional leadership, meaningful community impact and significant career achievement before age 40.
Bradley serves as an enrollment marketing associate at her alma mater, where she works collaboratively with university communications and enrollment units to support strategies that recruit and enroll post-traditional learners. She manages marketing communications for the Extended Campus, writes and edits web content, designs branded digital creatives and maintains the campus social media presence. She is also responsible for organizing enrollment related deliverables, responding to prospective students and families and following evidence based practices that support adult learner engagement and student success.
Beyond her work at A&T, Bradley is executive director of The Precious Cargo Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Black, indigenous and people of color families in Guilford County, North Carolina. The foundation focuses on reducing infant mortality by providing culturally responsive resources, support services and education to underserved communities. Her leadership in maternal and infant health advocacy has become a defining part of her community impact and public service.
Additionally, Bradley owns Precious Cargo Doula Services, providing physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support to diverse families since 2017. Through this work, she has empowered families seeking holistic care during pregnancy and childbirth, further demonstrating her dedication to maternal health and wellness.
Bradley earned her B.A. in journalism and mass communication with a concentration in broadcast production from A&T, graduating cum laude in 2013. She was an active student leader serving as a resident assistant, Miss 910 Aggie, president of the 910 Aggies student organization and vice president of external affairs for the Student Government Association.
This year’s 40 Under 40 class represents emerging leaders from industries that include higher education, law, banking, real estate, technology, health care, manufacturing and philanthropy. Honorees are selected based on their career accomplishments, organizational leadership and community involvement within the Triad region.
Triad Business Journal will celebrate the 2026 honorees Feb. 19, 2026, at First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, followed by a special print edition recognizing each recipient Feb. 27, 2026.
