EAST GREENSBORO, N.C. (Oct. 15, 2026) – What does it mean to use your voice? North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University students will hear the answer from Allyson Felix herself when the She Runs the World Tour comes to campus Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 6 p.m. The free event features a screening of She Runs the World, the documentary featuring Allyson Felix, followed by a live question-and-answer session and meet-and-greet at Harrison Auditorium, 1009 Bluford St., Greensboro.
The most decorated athlete in track and field history, Felix fought for equal pay and protections for women and mothers, and changed the game for women everywhere. Today she is a businesswoman, a Black maternal health advocate and one of the most powerful voices in sports. She is also training for LA28 and going for a sixth Olympic Games.
Moderating the event will be Loreal Sarkisian ‘09, is a VOGUE100 member, wardrobe stylist, fashion executive, entrepreneur, and philanthropist whose influence moves seamlessly between the worlds of luxury fashion, sports, business, and culture. As CEO of Loreal Sarkisian Brands, founder of the XOLO Foundation, and the visionary behind her forthcoming fashion label, LUCIANA, she is building a multifaceted enterprise rooted in personal expression, empowerment, and the belief that style is an extension of identity.
Long before her emergence in fashion, Sarkisian built her foundation in competitive athletics. A standout track and field athlete at A&T, she earned All-American recognition as a 100-meter hurdler before competing professionally. Her athletic career eventually led her into collegiate coaching, including serving as an assistant track and field coach at the University of Southern California. The discipline, resilience and leadership developed throughout her athletic career continue to shape her approach to business, creativity and mentorship.
The She Runs the World Tour is bringing a big question to college campuses across the country: what does it mean to use your voice? Built around She Runs the World, the documentary featuring Felix, each tour stop pairs a free campus screening with a live Q&A and meet-and-greet with Felix herself. Tour stops also feature special programming designed with each campus community, from student-athlete fireside chats to conversations on Black maternal health.
The event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 5 p.m. Registration is required at https://luma.com/srtwtour-ncat.Media Contact Information: jtorok@ncat.edu
