Our Pledge to Faculty

We believe that putting students at the center of the teaching process is fundamental. We help you to develop course objectives, assessments, and instructional activities that support and promote student learning and performance.

We will help you to gain a deeper understanding of the principles that underlie effective learning and teaching so that you can make appropriate teaching decisions for their own courses.

We will work closely with you to help you identify your strengths as teachers and to jointly devise strategies for course improvement and innovation.

We aim to provide constructive and practical feedback to help you succeed as educators. We support teaching and do not judge.

We will help you to identify and address the sources of your teaching challenges by collecting information from classroom observations, student focus groups, and an examination of teaching materials.
