The Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) seeks to cultivate a dynamic learning campus committed to excellence in teaching through inclusive, evidence-based and innovative pedagogies.

The Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE) aspires to provide high quality professional learning opportunities that assist faculty in providing innovative, evidence-based, and transformational teaching that supports student learning. The primary goal of the CTE is to facilitate academic development by offering a broad range of services and programs to faculty and administrators at all career stages. The CTE plays a direct role in supporting colleges, departments, programs, and campus organizations in achieving the goals of N.C. A&T Preeminence 2023.
