Complaint Procedures

Our office is responsible for ensuring the prompt, thorough, and fair investigation of complaints of discrimination or harassment based on a protected status and sexual misconduct.

Investigations of discrimination or harassment based on a protected status are conducted according to the requirements of University Policy 209 and when warranted, we ensure that appropriate corrective and disciplinary action is taken as a result of a policy violation. Investigations of violations of sexual misconduct are conducted according to the requirements of University Policy 207, and when warranted, we ensure that appropriate corrective and disciplinary action is taken as a result of a policy violation.
