The Center for Academic Excellence provides academic advising services for undeclared/undecided students, first and second year students, and first-semester transfer students.

How to Schedule an Appointment With Your Academic Advisor in Navigate360

  1. Log in to Navigate360 using your NC A&T credentials.
  2. From the Navigate360 homepage, select Appointments or Schedule an Appointment.
  3. Choose the appropriate Care Unit/Service Area for academic advising.
  4. Select Academic Advising as the service you need.
  5. If prompted, choose the appropriate reason for your appointment, such as:
    • Pre-Advising/Registration
    • Academic Planning
    • Major or Career Discussion
    • Academic Concerns
    • General Advising Question
  6. Select your assigned academic advisor from the available staff members.
  7. Review the available appointment dates and times and select the appointment that works best with your schedule.
  8. Choose the available appointment format listed for that appointment, such as in-person or virtual.
  9. In the Comments/Notes section, briefly explain what you would like to discuss during your appointment. This helps me prepare for our meeting.
  10. Review the appointment information carefully, then select Schedule, Confirm, or Save Appointment to complete your request.
  11. After scheduling, check your Navigate360 notifications and university email for confirmation and any additional instructions.
