Careers in agribusiness and agriscience encompass thousands of different industries and agencies worldwide that are involved with the food and natural resources systems upon which we all depend.

When you become an Aggie, you will find unlimited professional opportunities in the career fairs and information sessions we organize with potential employers. Our graduates are readily recruited, and often have more than one job offer upon graduation. The student organization, Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANNRS) is a great professional development resource for Aggies.

Students in the Department of Agribusiness, Applied Economics and Agriscience Education also have opportunities to gain on-the-job experiences through internships. Many of these experiences lead to future employment and graduate study opportunities. Other students go on for master's and doctoral degrees at prestigious universities such as Pennsylvania State University, Michigan State University, Iowa State University, North Carolina State University, University of Florida, University of Kentucky and others.
