N.C. A&T Commencement Clear Bag Regulation

North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is committed to ensuring all guests have a safe and enjoyable commencement experience. Accordingly, the university has instituted a clear bag regulation for all commencement ceremonies. The small clutch, 4.5 x 6.5, allows privacy for small personal items and is also easily searched.
