Faculty Registration
Faculty registration must be completed by Tuesday, November 17, 2026 for guaranteed parking. All requests after this date will not be honored.

Regalia
- Faculty are required to be in full academic regalia to be a part of the ceremony.
- Any faculty needing to purchase rental regalia from the Bookstore may do so via this link. The deadline to order is Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Clear Bag Policy and Cell Phones
- The university’s clear bag policy will be enforced. Please adhere to the policy.
- Cell phones should be turned off or set to vibrate.
Faculty Line Up
The Graduate Ceremony- Faculty should be in line no later than 5:30 p.m.
The Undergraduate Ceremony
- Faculty should be in line no later than 8:30 a.m.
