Commencement Information for Graduates

  • Upcoming graduates are encouraged to participate in the Commencement Fair from September 14 to 16, and the Graduation Rehearsal and Breakfast on December 10, 2026.
  • Name Card Pick Up/Honor Cords: To participate in commencement you must have a name card. Honor cords/stoles are also distributed at that time. Bring a valid ID for pick up.
    • December 7 to 10, 2026 – 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Deese Ballroom)
    • December 11, 2026 – 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Student Center, Room 232)
  • The Graduate Commencement will be held at 6 p.m. on December 11, 2026. Graduates should report to the First Horizon Coliseum West Wing A no later than 4:30 p.m. No tickets will be required to attend. 
  • Undergraduate Commencement will be held at 9 a.m. December 12, 2026. Graduates should report to West Wing A in the Special Events Center at the First Horizon Coliseum West Wing A no later than 7:30 a.m. No tickets will be required to attend.
