North Carolina A&T State University is proud to welcome two distinguished alumni back to campus as keynote speakers for Fall 2026 Commencement. Graduates will be inspired by Shawn Cole ’93, Vice President of Global Sales at Delta Air Lines and a nationally recognized business leader, and Janeen Uzzell ’91, CEO of the National Society of Black Engineers, National Academy of Engineering member, and global advocate for innovation, equity, and STEM leadership.
Cole will address graduate students, sharing insights from his accomplished career leading global strategy, finance, and operations at one of the world's premier airlines. Uzzell will inspire undergraduate graduates with her remarkable journey as an engineer, technology executive, and influential voice shaping the future of innovation and opportunity.
More than 1,200 Aggies will cross the stage during Fall 2026 Commencement ceremonies, joining a legacy of graduates who are transforming industries and communities around the world. Together, these accomplished alumni exemplify the excellence, leadership, and impact that define the Aggie experience.
