BS Business Analytics

BS in Business Analytics prepares students in complete analytics lifecycle to gather, clean, analyze, visualize, and present existing data to help inform business decisions. Courses cover descriptive, diagnostics, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. 

The degree requires 120 credits of course work comprised of general education electives, business core courses, major courses, major electives, and free electives. Major requirement is comprised of ten major courses and two major electives:

  • BUAN 320: Programming for Business Analytics I

  • BUAN 400: Data Visualization & Communication
  • BUAN 454: Enterprise & Big Data Management
  • BUAN 480: Business Analytics Capstone
