Message from the Chair

Welcome to the Psychology Department. We are glad you made the choice to be a psychology major.

First and foremost, this is your department. Therefore, it is important for you to get fully involved in departmental activities and the various student clubs. Recognize and understand, to a large degree, your future is nothing more than a series of decisions that you make. Take your time to make thoughtful decisions that will lead to your ultimate life goals.

Academically, decide to be the best student you can possibly be. Socially, get involved in campus life, but always remember your ultimate life goals, and refocus academically when necessary. We are all here to help you achieve those goals. As such, do not hesitate to ask for help if you need it. Get psyched, stay focused and make it happen.
