BGMM Rose Parade Family and Friends Travel Packages

The Blue and Gold Marching Machine is excited to partner with Bob Rogers Travel to offer several travel packages to the Tournament of Roses Parade for friends and supporters. There are different packages. Please review carefully. 

• Family & Friends Land Only Package

  Quad: $2,295 | Triple: $2,495 | Double: $2,679 | Single: $3,449 
  • Bob Rogers Travel on-site Tour Director(s) from when they check-in to the hotel until the final check-out on the itinerary
  • Lodging at a group hotel (different from the band hotel)
  • Ground transportation once checked-in to the hotel and until check-out of hotel
  • Meals that are on the itinerary and NOT listed as traveler cost
  • Admissions to activities on the itinerary
  • Grand Stand seating for the Rose Parade
  • Admission to Bandfest
  • Entry into the float-building barn
  • Day at Universal Studios Hollywood
  • New Year’s Eve Dinner at the Band hotel – pending capacity
    
    

• Ticket Only Package

  $399/Per Person
  Travelers will make 100% of their own travel plans, including lodging, all meals, all transportation (flights and ground transportation), parking, admissions to whatever they would like to do while in California.
  Package WILL include:
  
  • Grandstand seats to the Parade
  • Admission to Bandfest
  • Timed entry into the float building barn
  • Tickets to Universal Studios on the same day as the band and LAND ONLY travelers

  • Private event to celebrate the band’s hard work on the evening of January 1 (post-parade) – pending capacity
  • Package does NOT include airfare or transportation to and from the airports in California
