A:  The current hours of operation for Summer Sessions 1 & 2 are Monday - Friday 8AM-7PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

The fall hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 6AM-12AM, Friday 6AM-9PM, Saturday 9AM-2PM, and Sunday 2PM-9PM.

A: Group X stands for Group Exercise. Our Group X program offers classes in cardio, strength, dance, HIIT, and mind-body that are suitable for all levels of fitness and goals. View our Group X classes to see what we have to offer.

A: No, currently faculty and staff can enjoy our facility with no admission fee if they are a current employee of NCATSU.

A: Campus Rec has hiring events at the end of each semester. A: No, our studio space is solely for the purpose of CRC Group Exercise instruction. Please visit 25Live to reserve studio space in the Student Center.
