New Partnership with the UNC System Office

N.C. A&T State University is pleased to announce the transition of employee benefits administration from the Division of Human Resources to the UNC System Human Resources Office (Employee Benefits Central). This change is part of our ongoing effort to enhance efficiency, consistency, and accessibility in the delivery of benefits support to all employees. This new model will provide new and current N.C. A&T employees with easy access to experienced benefits counseling staff and supplemental resources: The Division of Human Resources will continue to manage the coding of your leave usage (vacation, sick, etc.) for you to remain in a paid status. Employees will continue to receive the same level of personalized support—now through a centralized and streamlined service model.
