What will the conference include?

Who may submit a proposal?

Faculty, staff, students, researchers, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants, technology providers, and community partners are encouraged to submit proposals.

What presentation formats are available?

Breakout Sessions: Practical, educational sessions featuring strategies, case studies, tools, use cases, or implementation guidance.
Innovation Lab and Showcase: Interactive demonstrations, posters, prototypes, research presentations, student innovations, or startup spotlights.

What is the proposal submission deadline?

The proposal submission deadline is September 30, 2026.

Where should proposals be submitted?

Completed proposal applications should be submitted by email to transformation@ncat.edu.

Are sales presentations permitted?

Sales-only presentations will not be accepted. Vendors and sponsors submitting proposals should emphasize thought leadership, measurable outcomes, case studies, demonstrations, or educational value.

Are sponsorship and vendor opportunities available?

Yes. Partnership levels include Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Small Business options. View our sponsorship and vendor opportunities.

What benefits are included in the partnership packages?

Benefits vary by level and may include conference branding, website recognition, event signage, exhibit space, program recognition, complimentary registrations, speaking opportunities, and student engagement options.

How can an organization become a sponsor or vendor?

Organizations should review the Sponsor and Vendor Partnership Package, complete the commitment form, and submit it to transformation@ncat.edu.

When will conference registration open?

Registration information, pricing, and deadlines will be announced on the conference website, or sign up to receive updates directly.

Will meals be provided?

The preliminary agenda includes breakfast and lunch programming on both conference days. Final meal details will be included with registration information.
