Faculty, staff, students, researchers, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, consultants, technology providers, and community partners are encouraged to submit proposals.

  • Breakout Sessions: Practical, educational sessions featuring strategies, case studies, tools, use cases, or implementation guidance.
  • Innovation Lab and Showcase: Interactive demonstrations, posters, prototypes, research presentations, student innovations, or startup spotlights.

The proposal submission deadline is September 30, 2026.

Completed proposal applications should be submitted by email to transformation@ncat.edu.

Sales-only presentations will not be accepted. Vendors and sponsors submitting proposals should emphasize thought leadership, measurable outcomes, case studies, demonstrations, or educational value.

Organizations should review the Sponsor and Vendor Partnership Package, complete the commitment form, and submit it to transformation@ncat.edu.

The preliminary agenda includes breakfast and lunch programming on both conference days. Final meal details will be included with registration information.
