Bio

I was born in Lima, Peru and came to the U.S. in 1989. In 1992 I earned my Masters's Degree at the U. of Maryland; and in 1996 I earned my PhD degree form the same institution. I have worked at A&T since 1995.

Research Interests

Cultural Issues (music from a Sociopolitical point of view ), Latin America, Latin America and U.S. relations.
