Counseling Study Abroad Programs

The Department of Counseling at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University is committed to providing meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom and support students’ academic, professional, and personal growth.

Through experiential learning, cultural engagement, and collaboration with peers, faculty, and professional staff, students gain valuable perspectives that strengthen their development as counselors and prepare them to work effectively in diverse communities.

The Department of Counseling currently offers study abroad opportunities in Belize and Paris, providing students with opportunities for cultural immersion, global learning, leadership development, and professional growth. As the department continues to expand its global learning initiatives, additional study abroad opportunities may be offered in the future.

We encourage students to explore these opportunities, broaden their global perspectives, and make the most of their experience in the Department of Counseling.
