Appointment Info

Committed to Safety:

We are taking all necessary precautions to keep you safe while we care for you. The protocol that we follow for containing the spread of the coronavirus is a combination of federal and state regulations put in place by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and the State of North Carolina Department of Health. Students are encouraged to follow the NCAT Recommendations to Stay Healthy at Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19)

The Student Health Center has a new appointment system that allows you to register and schedule an appointment online with your mobile device.

Mobile Check-In for Students:

Due to Covid-19 regulations, patients can no longer register at the Kiosk.  In an effort to promote safety, accuracy and efficiency, the Student Health Center has implemented a Mobile Check-in System for your convenience. From a mobile phone, please login to the Online Student Health Portal to register for your appointment.  Please bring your student ID, insurance and prescription cards to the appointment.

Virtual Visit:

When you need medical care, a Virtual Visit can be a convenient, safe option. Connect with a provider by video from your mobile device, video tablet, or computer. It is a safe, secure video connection with a board-certified provider who is trained to diagnose and treat certain health conditions.

It is imperative that you keep your allotted appointment time. If you cannot keep your appointment, then you must cancel at least 3 hours before.  If you miss your appointment and do not cancel, a $25 charge will be put on your student account.
