Bio

Dr. Gaire is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Before joining North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University in the Fall of 2022, he was a postdoctoral scholar at the Backman Laboratory, Department of Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, from 2021-2022. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY-Buffalo), Buffalo, NY, in 2021, his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND, in 2017, and a bachelor's in Electronics and Communication engineering from Purbanchal University, Nepal, in 2008. Previously he worked as a full-time faculty member at Khwopa Engineering College, an affiliated college of Purbanchal University, Nepal, from 2009 to 2014. He is an active reviewer of several journals in the field of machine learning in super-resolution microscopy.
