Short-Term Vending Opportunities
Welcome Vendors!
Short-term vending opportunities are available if you are interested in selling, distributing, or promoting products and/or services on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University.
University departments, student organizations, and outside vendors are required to receive advance approval from Campus Enterprises before vending on campus. Permits are only issued when all necessary documents, licenses, and payments are submitted and approved.
Any vendor using the university’s name, logo, or trademarks must be licensed through the Learfield Licensing Group (CLC). For licensing information, contact CLC at (770) 956-0520 or visit https://clc.com/home/get-licensed.
Types of Vending Opportunities
Game day vending is available only to merchandise vendors interested in selling or promoting products during home football games, including Homecoming. Vending occurs inside Truist Stadium, under the bleachers.

Key Details:
- Applications open in July for the upcoming football season.
- Application does not guarantee approval — vendors are selected based on product variety, past performance, and overall fit.
- Vendors selected will be notified via email and provided payment instructions.
- Vending space is not confirmed until payment is received by the deadline.
- A vending permit and one (1) parking permit will be mailed before the event.
- Vendor vehicles must fit within an 8' x 20' space or park in a designated area outside the game zone.
Fee & Payment Info:
- All vending fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Payments can be made online or in person.
- Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit, or debit
Important Guidelines:
- Vendors may only sell items listed on their approved application.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Campus Enterprises strives to include a diverse range of vendors.
We welcome merchandise vendors from the N.C. A&T campus community (students, faculty, staff) and outside vendors to promote or sell goods at Williams Dining Hall and the Student Center.
Fall semester vending starts after Labor Day.
Spring semester vending starts the first week of February.
Applications:
- Open in August each year.
- Must be submitted 20 business days prior to the desired vending date.
- Once approved, vending fees must be paid at least 5 business days before the event.
Cost & Process:
- Vending Fee: $125 per event
- Fee is non-refundable & non-transferable
- Fee can be paid online or in person
- Forms of payment: Cash, Credit, or Debit
Additional Notes:
- Vending is allowed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Permits are issued on the day of vending and cover up to 3 people
- No food sales are allowed at general on-campus vending
- No amplified sound
- No vending during Homecoming week, unless tied to an official campus event

Parking:
- Vendor parking is not provided
- You may park at Obermeyer Parking Deck, or purchase a visitor pass through the Parking and Transportation Services office or website.
All food vending requests must go through Aggie Dining, our campus food service provider. This includes food trucks, pop-ups, and food-related product sampling.
To be considered for food vending:- Contact Aggie Dining/University Catering at 336-285-2023.
- Vendors must present valid health permits, certifications, and insurance.
- No food may be sold or distributed on campus without Aggie Dining approval.
We are not currently accepting new food vendors at the football games at this time.
Homecoming is one of our most celebrated events of the year, and we offer three vending options:
1. Homecoming Game Day VendingVendors are inside Truist Stadium during the Homecoming football game.

- Applications open in July through Campus Enterprises.
2. Aggie FanFest (City of Greensboro)
Held at War Memorial Stadium, this free festival features music, food, vendors, and more.

Hosted by the N.C. A&T Office of Alumni Relations at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons.
