Mail Center
The North Carolina A&T Mail Center exists to serve the postal needs of the University community: students, faculty and staff. The Mail Center is housed on the ground floor of Brown Hall, which is located at the corner of Laurel & Bluford St.

Regulations for Addressing Mail/Packages
The Mail Center is keyless: No key pickup or box assignment is required to receive mail/packages. To receive mail/packages follow the address format listed below:
- All letter mail and packages are to be addressed using our new OneID-based format.
- All incoming/outgoing mail must use 27411 as the zip code
- Improper addressing may cause mail to be returned to sender
Notify all correspondents of correct mailing address. For fast delivery, make sure mail is addressed as follows:

Please follow the steps below when picking up packages or letters.
- Wait to receive an email notification from the Mail Center titled “Your Package Is Ready for Pickup.”
- Visit the Mail Center located on the lower level of Brown Hall with your physical Aggie OneCard
- Check in at one of the three kiosks by swiping your Aggie OneCard.

When prompted on the screen, select “Yes.”

Wait until your name and ticket number appear on the lobby monitor or your name is called.

Proceed to Clerk Window #1 or #2 and confirm pickup by swiping your Aggie OneCard.

Pick up your mail.
Important Reminders:
- A physical Aggie OneCard is required for mail pickup.
Make sure package is properly wrapped and addressed. The mail center staff will gladly offer packaging advice. The mail center does not handle packages that exceed 70 pounds. A USPS policy prohibits this action.
