Message from the Sheraton Greensboro Hotel
Room Rate: $215/per night plus tax (Double and King Rooms)
A two-night minimum stay (10/30 and 10/31) is required. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Only one (1) room may be reserved per person.
The reservation must be made in your name. Please do not book more than one room across multiple transactions. Duplicate reservation(s) will be canceled.
A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card used to complete your reservation.
Your card will be processed once. Please ensure there is nothing that could hinder the processing of your card. If the hotel is unable to obtain authorization during deposit processing, your reservation will be canceled immediately. The hotel is unable to contact you for a secondary payment method.
No-shows will be charged for the two-night minimum stay using the provided credit card.
The cancellation deadline will be Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Any cancellations made after the deadline will be charged for the two (2) night stay. To cancel or make any changes to your reservation, please email dmarble@sheratongreensboro.com.

***Special Note*****
Deposits will be refunded only upon full and complete cancellation prior to Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The hotel will not refund one credit card in exchange for a different card, nor will the hotel transfer a deposit from one room to another. Deposits remain on the reservation, and the hotel will not be involved in or held accountable for the distribution of any room deposit. If a reservation is changed over to another party, it will be up to the original guest on the reservation to get reimbursed for the deposit.
