Dr. Angel Riddick Dowden is a counselor educator at North Carolna A&T State University. Dr. Dowden received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision and Counseling at North Carolina State University. Dr. Dowden is a former school counselor (6 years), educational consultant at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (3 years), and English teacher (2 years).
