IntelAgree

IntelAgree is North Carolina A&T State University’s contract management system. It is a secure online platform used to manage contracts from start to finish, including submission, review, approval, signing, storage, and tracking. By bringing the contract process into one central system, IntelAgree helps create a more consistent and streamlined experience, gives users greater visibility into the status of agreements, and makes it easier to locate and manage important contract information. 

To gain access to IntelAgree or schedule IntelAgree training session, please send your request to the Procurement Services Contract Manager by email to IntelAgree@ncat.edu. 

N.C. A&T contracts must:  

• Be created, processed, and managed in accordance with established policies and procedures; 

• Be submitted for review and approval in IntelAgree, N.C. A&T’s official tracking and contract management system (CMS); and 

• Only be signed only by individuals with delegated signature authority, as established in the Delegation of Contract and Signature Authority Policy.
