Gerontology - Post-Baccalaureate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate in Gerontology (GCG) is an online Graduate Certificate program that provides students with an opportunity to learn about aging processes and individuals across the life course as well as explore a wide range of perspectives in gerontology. Certificate students will be able to understand and apply gerontological knowledge on social, psychological, and physical aspects of aging by taking multidisciplinary FCS (Family and Consumer Sciences) courses focusing on aging and older adults. The Certificate will enhance the credentials of students for careers, which respond to educational needs and career demands for a growing aging population in our global society.
