Freshman Profile

displays data related to freshman cohorts, broken down by multiple criteria (race/ethnicity, underrepresented minorities, gender, residency, enrollment status, high school GPA, and test scores).  The data can also be drilled down to college/department/major level.

Enrollment

contains snapshot and trend data related to student enrollment, broken down by multiple criteria (race/ethnicity, underrepresented minorities, gender, residency, enrollment status, and level).  The data can also be drilled down to college/department/major level.

Degrees Awarded

displays snapshot and trend data related to degrees awarded to students, broken down by multiple criteria (race/ethnicity, underrepresented minorities, gender, residency, enrollment status, and level).  The data can also be drilled down to college/department/major level.

Retention & Graduation

tracks the retention, graduation, and persistence (retention & graduation) of first-time full-time degree-seeking undergraduate cohorts at the institutional level.  The data can also be broken down by multiple criteria (race/ethnicity, gender, residency)

Faculty & Staff

contains data related to faculty and staff at various levels (college or department).  The data can be drilled down by multiple criteria (race/ethnicity, gender, faculty tenure or rank).

Time to Degree

displays the average (or median) number of years NCAT students spend earning their degree. The University level data is shown over a 10-year period and can be broken down by graduation year, enrollment status, and degree level. The data can also be viewed by college, department, or race/ethnicity and gender.
