The ADA does not require N.C. A&T to provide accessible seats in the event of a sellout. Guests with disabilities have no greater right to obtain tickets to a sold-out game or event than those without a disability. Completion of the Visitor Disability Accommodation Request Form does not entitle an individual to purchase tickets to an event or game, and is not evidence of ticket purchase/request to purchase tickets for a game or event.
Accessible seating at ticketed events is reserved exclusively for NC A&T’s visitors with accessibility needs who have already purchased tickets in separate transactions (standard admission).
