A wide variety of scholarships are available to students in the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics. NEW STUDENTS

Freshmen

Scholarships offered for incoming freshman entering the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics beginning Fall 2020. Scholarship consideration requires a 3.5 minimum GPA and a test score of 21 (ACT) or 1070 (SAT). Distinguished Endowed Scholarships require a 4.0 minimum GPA and a test score of 28 (ACT) or 1280 (SAT).

  • Priority Application Deadline: January 1, 2020
  • Prority Notification Date: February 28, 2020 via email*

Additional applications will be accepted based on availability of funds. Candidates for Distinguished Endowed Scholarships must have applications in by the January 1, 2020 priority application date. These candidates will be notified on January 10, 2020 and will require a campus interview visit on February 7-8, 2020.

Transfer Students 

Scholarships offered for new incoming transfer students in the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics beginning Fall 2020.

Current Students

Scholarships offered for currently enrolled undergraduate students in the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics who will be a sophomore, junior or senior in Fall 2020.

  • Application Available: November 1, 2019
  • Application Deadline: March 1, 2020
  • Priority Notification Date: April 1, 2020 via email*

*Applicants could potentially receive an award notification AFTER the dates listed above if awards are declined OR new scholarships become available.


Undergraduate Study Abroad

Students who have been accepted to a study abroad program may be eligible for scholarships through the Willie A. Deese College of Business and Economics.
