The Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (OSPIE) works with the Cabinet, Provost Leadership Team, Deans' Council, Administrative Council and the Institutional Effectiveness Council to ensure a multi-level, multi-year planning and assessment process for all university units. The long-term strategic course of the University is set by “A&T Preeminence: Taking the Momentum to 2023” and OSPIE is engaged in a continuous process to track the performance indicators of the six goals in the plan.
UNC-General Administration System-Level Strategic Plan
The Board of Governors (BOG) unanimously approved the strategic plan at the January 2017 meeting, and North Carolina A&T’s agreement including metrics and targets is attached, along with drafts of definitions.
