Virtual Lobby Days

Lobby Days at the College of Engineering will look a bit different this year. Due to safety concerns for the overall health of our students during the COVID-19 pandemic, the College will proceed with virtual corporate engagements. This includes all competitions, information sessions, and lobby days. These highly coveted events, which typically fill the lobby of McNair Hall with buzz and excitement, will take place virtually this fall (and potentially Spring 2021). The change of venue will provide opportunities for students to perfect their networking skills virtually, a trait highly valued and sought after by potential employers. Students are encouraged to participate in these events and gain valuable experience by:

• Networking with industry professionals
• Gaining critical insight into engineering and computer science roles within companies and corporation, relevant to their majors
