Workshop on How to Get Started with Research
The Office of Honors Research in the Honors College at N.C. A&T is hosting a workshop on How to Get Started with Research to help students begin their undergraduate research journey.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. EST in Frye Hall 108 and will feature presentations by Dr. Robert Newman and Dr. Gregory Goins. Participants will learn how to identify research interests, connect with faculty mentors, explore research opportunities at N.C. A&T, and prepare for graduate school and future careers through research.
Students are encouraged to attend because undergraduate research can enhance academic success, professional development, and career readiness. To participate, students can register via the online registration form.
