COAACH Cookout and Health Fair

N.C. A&T’s Center for Outreach, Aging, Alzheimer's and Community Health (COAACH) will host a Community Cookout and Health Fair April 27 at 11 a.m. at 2105 Yanceyville St., Greensboro, NC 27405.

We are re-launching our centers outreach activities and services, many of which had stopped due to COVID. Now with our new director, Travonia Brown-Hughes, Ph.D., we will engage the Triad to promote healthy aging, student engagement in neuroscience research and provide support groups and activities for local caregivers. The fair will bring together local partners to provide free health resources, tests, food and an opportunity to move - through intergeneration line dancing. We are excited to host the N.C.
