Student Center YMCA Reservation Protocol
Effective: January 11, 2016

Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.


To provide alternative programming space for student programs or departmental programs designed to serve our student body. This is due to the New Student Center construction project.

Space Criteria

• Event requests should not exceed 4 hours (not including setup/breakdown)

• Gym request must be submitted no less than 30 days out. Other events must adhere to the 15 day policy.

• Request for the YMCA will fall under the policies and procedures set forth by the University Events Center (UEC).

Audio/visual and technical needs are limited.
All event requirements/needs are subject to review.
Any exceptions to the above criteria will be at the
discretion of the UEC staff.
