Become a mentor

Mentoring is one of the most valuable assets available to an Aggie student entrepreneur. Starting a business is a very challenging experience and student entrepreneurs need all the help they can get. Working with a mentor who has done it before can help the student entrepreneur avoid common mistakes that could potentially cause the venture to fail.

Mentoring provides the opportunity for students to access the insights, expertise and advice of a successful local entrepreneur, alumni entrepreneur, or business professional. Also, students get to discuss questions they didn’t know to ask and get connected to resources they wouldn’t know to pursue.

Mentors are successful entrepreneurs or business professionals who are role models and are interested in being a coach or advisor to an Aggie student entrepreneur.

Become a corporate sponsor

It is often said that “it take a village to raise a child.” At the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, we believe it takes a community to build a high quality program to prepare the next generation of Aggie innovators and entrepreneurs.

Sponsoring one of our programs provides the opportunity for you to connect with the university, build awareness of your brand, and support innovation and entrepreneurship at N.C. A&T.
