Mission

Analytics is a division of the Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (OSPIE) that supports decision-making and policy formation at North Carolina A&T State University by collecting, analyzing, and providing relevant data and information. The office is responsible for reporting official data and information concerning students, faculty, staff, physical, and fiscal affairs to the state of North Carolina, the federal government, and other external and internal audiences.

We conduct analytical and comparative studies at different levels and disseminate their actionable results in service to the institutional mission as a land-grant doctoral research university dedicated to learning, discovery, and community engagement with an emphasis on preeminence in STEM and a commitment to excellence in all its educational, research, and outreach programs.

The Analytics office strives to process data and information in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner, while adhering to the ethical standards established by its national body, the Association of Institutional Researchers (AIR) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requirements.
