Research Interests

Research interests are in civil engineering infrastructures, sustainable construction materials; Inelastic Analysis of Structural Element; Damage and Fracture Mechanics; and constitutive modeling of material behavior. He participated in a variety of research activities that have included secure funding, conducting research, publishing, presentations and writing grants in the areas of High-Strength Fiber Reinforced Concrete Materials; Concrete Structures subjected to impact and blast loadings; Bio-binder in Asphalt Pavements; Structural Health Monitoring Technologies; Lunar soil/NASA project, and disaster and its relief situation.
