Research Interests

My research interest emphasizes the role diversity inclusion has upon agricultural education in all formal and informal settings. In addition, I am interested in specifically how diversity inclusion and youth development will help to improve the learning outcomes of agricultural students. My other major research interest focuses on distance learning and teaching with technology, employability and leadership skills development in agricultural education, specifically as it relates to underrepresented populations.
