Welcome to Office of Facilities at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where we aim to provide quality service through planning, building, operating, maintaining and enhancing the campus of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. As part of the University body, members of our team are serving this community around the clock.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

We can all do our part to keep our buildings and campus clean, safe, and energy efficient.  If you see an Emergency or an area that requires maintenance, please make the Facilities Department aware.  In case of an Emergency inform Dispatch or University Police immediately.  For regular maintenance needs inform the Building Representative.  To put in a maintenance request online use the WORK REQUEST link under our QUICK LINKS section.  To find more information about Facilities check out other links.

All work requests MUST be submitted via Mainsaver our Work Request system, each building has a Building Representative that is responsible for generating work request.  If your building representative is not available any employee of NC A&T State University is allowed access to Mainsaver, but we ask that you contact your building representative if you are going to submit a work request.

To gain a Username and Password for Mainsaver contact AggieHelp Desk 334-7195

DO NOT use Cherwell to generate work request for the Physical Plant.

If a work request is not submitted we CANNOT guarantee that the request will be fulfilled.

In case of an Emergency call Dispatch and report it; as well as submit the work request.

New Health Services Management Degree to be Available at N.C. A&T by Fall 2020

By fall 2020, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University will offer a new bachelor’s degree in health services management through the College of Health and Human Sciences. The degree was recently approved by the University of North Carolina Board of Governors.

Hatch Appointed N.C. A&T Executive Director for Community Engagement

A collaborative leader with a demonstrated record of diversity and inclusion management, community engagement and higher education administration, Bryle Henderson Hatch, Ph.D., has been named executive director for community engagement at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Summer Camps at N.C. A&T Provide Enrichment Opportunities for Local Students

Students of all ages will participate in hands-on, summer enrichment camps at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University July 8 – Aug. 2, 2019. Each camp will run from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
