Tri-Beta Biological Honor Society - National Organization Website - Our Student Chapter Website

A lifelong membership into an organization dedicated to the biological sciences, Beta Beta Beta (Tri-Beta) Biological Honor Society has encouraged thousands into enhancing, improving, and supporting the biological sciences. Since the organization’s founding in 1922, it has forever strived to fulfill its purpose:   “…to stimulate interest, scholarly attainment, and investigation in the biological sciences, and to promote the dissemination of information and new interpretations among students of the life sciences.”

We, The Tau Phi chapter of Tri-Beta, are dedicated to fulfilling that purpose and so much more. We are in the business of encouraging students in our department to enact change in not only the biological sciences, but also in the community and at our own institution. We have effectively done this in the past years through mentoring programs in the department, events in hosted by our organization, and numerous community service activities.

If any of this sounds appealing, WE WANT YOU! We welcome you to join our organization upon meeting the requirements listed below.
