Drones Prove an Agile, Affordable Mechanism to Inspect Aging Civil Infrastructure

In October 2019, N.C. A&T associate professor Dr. Ali Karimoddini, will assist NCDOT on a project titled “Developing a Safe and Cost-effective Flight Control Methodology for a UAV-enabled Bridge Inspection."

Smith-Jackson Named Senior Vice Provost for Academic Affairs

A longtime award-winning leader in science education and research who most recently spent a year as a program director at the National Science Foundation has been named senior vice provost for Academic Affairs at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
