NC FIRST LEGO League and FIRST Tech Challenge

FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Introduces young students to real-world engineering challenges by building LEGO-based robots to complete tasks on a thematic playing surface. FLL teams, guided by their imaginations and adult coaches, discover exciting career possibilities and, through the process, learn to make positive contributions to society.  Please view, like, and follow the FLL Facebook page for further details and captured moments of the FLL experience.

FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) is designed for students in grades 7-12, to compete using a sports model. Teams are responsible for designing, building, and programming robots to compete in an alliance format against other teams. FTC’s mission is to teach students the value of hard work, innovation and creativity. FTC goes beyond competition by teaching teens the importance of working together, sharing ideas and treating each other with respect and dignity.  Please observe, like, and follow the FTC Facebook page as well in order to stay connected with the latest news regarding the FTC.
