SUPERIOR for 28 Consecutive Years

BETA ALPHA PSI is an international honorary organization for Financial Information students and professionals. The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field. This includes promoting the study and practice of accounting, finance and information systems. Beta Alpha Psi was founded in 1919. 

By 2015, there will be over 300 chapters on college and university campuses with over 300,000 members initiated since Beta Alpha Psi's formation. The Zeta Sigma Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi was established on the North Carolina A&T State University campus in 1983.  The Zeta Sigma chapter is the only one in North Carolina to achieve the highest honor, Superior status, for 30 consecutive years.  The organization sponsors professional programs that provide opportunities for self-development and allows members and practicing professionals to network and discuss current topics.

Beta Alpha Psi encourages a sense of ethical, social, and public responsibility among its members.  Past members of the Zeta Sigma Chapter have reached the pinnacle of success becoming presidents of Fortune 100 Companies, partners in International Accounting Firms, and professors at major universities.

Aggie Stadium to be Renamed BB&T Stadium

North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University’s Aggie Stadium, home to the reigning historically black college and university (HBCU) football national champions and track teams that have won seven conference championships over the past two years, will be renamed BB&T Stadium, thanks to a significant gift from the banking and financial services corporation, officials announced today.
