Short -Term Vending
Welcome Vendors
Short-Term Vending opportunities are available if you are interested in selling, distributing, or promoting products and/or services on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University.
Campus Enterprises can assist you with obtaining a short-term N.C. A&T State University vending permit.
University departments, student organizations, and external organizations are required to have vending approved in advance by the Office of Campus Enterprises. N.C. A&T State University vending permits will be issued when all necessary requirements are met.

- Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Spaces will be assigned after the application has been approved and payment processed.
- Applications must be submitted to Campus Enterprises twenty (20) business days prior to event
- Fee can be paid online or in person. Forms of Payment: Cash and Credit/Debit. No Checks
- Vending Permit will be mailed prior to event
- VENDING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NONTRANSFERABLE
- Parking Permit (1) allows the parking of one (1) vehicle in an 8x20 space. Vehicle must fit in space or you will need to locate parking outside the stadium/game zone area.
- Vendors are only permitted to sell those items clearly listed and explained on the vending application
Football Merchandise Vending Guidelines
- Vending permit will be mailed prior to event
- Vending permit is required for entry and set-up
- Items sold with the University name, logo, or marks must be licensed. For Licensing, please visit https://clc.com/home/get-licensed/ or contact at 770-956-0520
- Only one vehicle will be allowed per vending permit
- No vehicle over the size of 20ft length will be allowed in the vending area
- No vehicle traffic will be allowed in the vending area after the specified loading time
- Only those with wristband will be allowed in the gate/doors. All other persons must purchase a ticket for entry. Wristband must be worn at all times
