Dr. Williams
was born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. She
earned her BS in Accounting from York College CUNY, Queens New York,
and her MBA from High Point University, NC. She continued her
studies at Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, earning a doctorate
in 2005.
Her dissertation was An Assessment of Racial and Legal
Competency Factors Inherent in the administration of the Death
Penalty in North Carolina. Dianne Williams joined the NC A&T
faculty in 2005. She lives in Greensboro with her husband, Future
Lee, and her daughter, Megan.
