Graduate Teaching Assistant
Application Process

 

University Studies is accepting applications for Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) for the spring 2009 semester. Those interested in the position will be applying for one or more of the following University Studies foundation courses:

  • UNST 120: The Contemporary World

  • UNST 130: Analytical Reasoning

  • UNST 140: The African-American Experience

Applications will be accepted for any or all of these courses; however, each course being applied for must include a separate Letter of Application.

 

Please carefully read the GTA Job Description and Responsibilities for University Studies.

 

All application packets must include the following:

  • Letter of Application:

  • Addressed to Dr. Deborah H. Barnes, Interim Associate Dean

  • Include name, contact number(s) and email(s), the course being applied for, and why you are qualified to be a TA for the course and for University Studies.

  • Curriculum Vita

Applications can be delivered to Hines Hall, Room 109C or mailed to:
