*Submissions: In order to provide outstanding service for all clients, we must receive ALL requests as far in advance as possible. When submitting publicity requests (i.e. weekly calendar, press release, listserv, etc), please send a plain text email (No attachments) with the following information:

WHO—Who is appearing? Who is sponsoring the event? Who is the contact person and what is his/her email address and phone number?

WHAT—What is the event?

WHERE — Where is the event taking place? Where can attendees park (if necessary)? Be as specific as possible.

WHEN — When does the event take place (date, day, and time)? Make sure the day and date of the event agree.

WHY—Why are you holding the event? For example, is it a fundraiser or part of a course requirement?
